2017 Brittan Acres Elementary School Walk-A-Jog

The Walk-A-Jog is Brittan Acres' largest annual fundraiser and one of the most highly anticipated events among students.  This year it will be held on Sunday, October 22nd and is the 30th annual year of the event. During the event, the children walk, run or jog as many laps as they can within a fixed time period.  Family and friends can donate via this website.  Carnival games, inflatables and a Dads' BBQ are all part of this fun day.  We hope to raise $50,000 this year at WAJ to support the many special programs that make Brittan Acres such a great school.

Where does the money go?

The funds we raise together directly support essential programs at BA, including:

  • Art in Action 
  • B.U.G.S.
  • Books for the Library
  • Community Building Events
  • Science Day
  • The Multicultural Fair
  • A special fund for each teacher’s classroom
